    Position Title: Asst Manager – Business Development
    Department: Sales & Business Development
    Location: East India
    Reports To: Head of Business Development

    Role Overview:

    The Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting company services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities in the real estate and retail sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase company services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
    • 5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the placement or recruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate and retail sectors.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
