Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven *HR Executive* to join our recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, maintaining client relationships, and providing end-to-end HR services. As an HR Executive in a recruitment consultancy, you will be the key liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are aligned in terms of expectations and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in Recruitment Tools: Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Interviewing Skills : Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple job requisitions, candidates, and clients simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to handle salary discussions, offer letters, and candidate/client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.
