Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and hands-on execution to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

    • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients

    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

    • Conduct needs analysis to propose customized solutions that address client pain points

    • Ensure high client satisfaction leading to repeat business and referrals

  • Market Strategy & Expansion:

    • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/services or geographic expansion

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

  • Collaboration & Deal Execution:

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs

    • Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring to maximize profitability

    • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience: 5-8 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships

  • Key Competencies:

    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
