Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and hands-on execution to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets

Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Market Strategy & Expansion:

Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience: 5-8 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
