Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive sustainable business growth across the Delhi/NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.

• Monitor sales performance, cost control measures, and overall P&L management.

• Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Handle escalated customer complaints and continuously improve service quality.

• Conduct regular audits including hygiene, service quality, compliance, and financial audits.

• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, attendance management, and employee discipline.

• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability across all outlets.

• Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations or restaurant management.

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing multi-unit operations.

• Sound knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple outlets
