Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the overall operations of our F&B outlets. The role involves managing sales, leading staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with standards.

• Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance.

• Achieve sales and profit targets.

• Manage stock and inventory controls.

• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations.
