Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Unit Manager to manage end-to-end unit operations. The role involves supervising daily production, managing staff performance, and ensuring smooth service delivery in line with company standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall unit operations and daily production activities.
• Manage staff performance, shift scheduling, attendance, and workforce discipline.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with management for supply chain operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production, stock levels, and employee attendance.
• Handle on-ground operational issues and resolve day-to-day challenges efficiently.
• Ensure timely production output, operational efficiency, and smooth workflow within the unit.
• Support management in achieving operational targets and overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, food production, or food operations is preferred.
• Strong team-handling, supervisory, and operational management skills.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
• Ability to multitask, handle daily operational challenges, and work under pressure.
