Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer / Jr Fit Out Engineer to assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to construction or interior works and be capable of coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of fit-out works such as partitions, flooring, painting, and false ceilings.

• Supervise daily site activities and maintain progress reports.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and site standards.

• Support senior engineers in resolving technical issues on-site.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or Mechanical Engineering

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)

• Understanding of fit-out works and site execution

• Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Teamwork and site supervision capabilities
